1. Who We Are
20forge (available at 20forge.gg) is a worldbuilding and creative tools platform for tabletop RPG players and game masters. 20forge is developed and operated by Danilo, an independent indie developer, reachable at danilo@20forge.gg.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 20forge, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all visitors and users of the site, including those who use the free tools without an account and those who create an account in The Forge (logged-in area).
3. Description of Service
20forge offers:
- Free public tools: accessible without registration or login, available to use directly in your browser;
- The Forge (coming soon): a logged-in area with additional features, which requires creating an account.
20forge is an actively developed project. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time. We will notify users of significant changes through the website or by email for registered users.
4. Permitted Use
You may use 20forge to:
- Create, organize, and share creative content related to RPG and worldbuilding;
- Use the available tools for personal, educational, or creative purposes;
- Share your creations with other users and the community.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use 20forge to:
- Post illegal, violent, discriminatory, pornographic, or third-party rights-infringing content;
- Collect data from other users without their consent;
- Conduct attacks, hacking attempts, or any abuse of the platform's infrastructure;
- Use bots or automated scripts without prior written authorization;
- Make unauthorized commercial use of 20forge's content or tools;
- Violate applicable Brazilian or international laws.
6. User-Generated Content
By publishing or sharing content on 20forge, you declare that:
- You own the rights to the content or have the necessary permissions to publish it;
- The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other third-party rights.
Content published as public may be viewed by other users of the platform. You retain the copyright over your own creations.
20forge reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms, without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content of 20forge — including its name, logo, design, source code, texts, and tools developed by the platform — is the property of Danilo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on 20forge's content without express written authorization.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
20forge is provided "as is", without warranties of continuous availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. As an indie project in active development, instability, data loss, or service interruptions may occur.
20forge is not liable for:
- Losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform;
- Content published by other users;
- External links accessed through the platform.
9. Modifications to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. In case of material changes, we will publish a new version with an updated date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Campinas – SP are elected as the exclusive venue for any disputes arising from this document.
